Looking for a tool to generate and sign documents

Hi, guys! I'm looking for a tool that allows me to implement the workflow as follows:

1. Create a document from a template based on the form submission

2. Send the document to a person who will update the document with calculations (ok, we can create one more document at this stage)

3. Then this document should be sent to a person from Step 1 who submitted the form

4. Then the signed doc should be sent to a person from step 2 for signing

5. After this, the document signed by 2 sides should be again sent to the person who submitted the form

6. At stages 2-5, the document should also be sent to person number 3, who does not take part in the workflow, and just receives the docs in the process.
